Dr Jonathan Hargreaves

Iain is a Fellow of St Johns College Oxford and an Emeritus Professor of Geophysics at Sydney University.

Iain designed the in-seam seismic coal seam mapping system which received the UK Queen's Award for Technological Innovation for its part in halving the number of UK coal longwalls without affecting output.

Iain oversees the technical development of Helix's range of radar technology.

Dr Jonathan Hargreaves

Jonathan has extensive experience in the design, development and simulation of digital signal processing firmware for geophysical applications on Altera and Xilinx FPGA platforms.

Jonathan develops software for embedded control and signal processing on Helix technology.

Dr Jan Francke

Gavin Taylor Bullen

Jan is a leading authority on ground penetrating radar, having spent 25 years working with deep GPR applications.

His field experience includes GPR projects in over 85 countries on six continents. He has authored dozens of papers on the applications GPR to mining and geotechnical problems.

Jan guides technical strategy for Helix across its range of radars in all market segments.

Gavin Taylor Bullen

Gavin is an experienced executive and corporate finance advisor.

He has held senior roles in companies delivering geophysical and other technical services in mining and oil and gas sectors. He has also held senior roles in corporate finance and management consulting firms in Australia and South East Asia.

Gavin leads the commercial and corporate activities of Helix Geotech.
